I have gained professional exposure of 30 years out of which, 17 years of extensive exposure with aninternationally recognized bank with six years of hands on experience in HRM / HRD. This has paved me the way to acquire focused knowledge in HRD with Talent acquisition and Management as the key result area.Thereafter, I had the privilege of joining with a leading Electrical accessory manufacturing firm forapproximately five years’ as the Group Director of HR obtaining the HR exposure in an manufacturingenvironment which is critical for a HR practitioner. In continuance to expand my HR competencies I decided to join with one of the leading conglomerates in the island Hayleys Advantis as the Deputy General Manager-HR. This opportunity provided me with grounds to venture into different industries and practices in the Human Resources Management Perspective. Currently, I am with International Distillers Ltd., as the Head of HR on a platform for further professional growth. My undying passion is to drive a company in the areas of Talent Management and Talent Development with a unique set of HR practices in order to make that company as a role model in the HR arena.
