Lead the Wi-Fi Whole Home Coverage (Qualitative and quantitative analysis of various in-home wireless architectures including repeaters, extenders, mesh nodes) and Wi-Fi RRM/SON (Network optimization techniques to ensure excellent KPIs and user experience) projects. Technical lead on DSRC and Wi-Fi co-existence in the UNII-4 band work item- Wi-Fi proponents are looking to explore if Wi-Fi can co-exist with DSRC V2V communications in the UNII-4 band. This involves working with vendors and NCTA to make this a reality. A couple of other projects that I have been involved with are Carrier Grade Wi-Fi, RF performance testing in Anechoic Chamber, Video over Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi in MDUs etc.Submitted 16 innovation disclosures to date, 4 of which have been filed for patents.Co-authored several white papers and technical briefs including but not limited to CL GW Management specifications, RRM/SON technical brief, T-Mobile Technical Report Analysis, Google Project Fi Technical Analysis, Analysis and testing of low cost, low powered AP for cable MSO deployment, Wi-Fi requirements for an MDU etc.

As an Engineer in the Network Design and Signaling protocols group, i was involved in the Video over Wi-Fi (VoW) project.Tasks- Involved in scope definition, test plan authoring, analysis of latest 802.11n and 802.11ac products in a test house for various test scenarios.I also worked on the Home Networks Architecture-Tru2Way, DLNA project.Tasks- Helped run Interops (DLNA CVP-1, 2) and collect and analyze results which were presented to MSOs. Also co-authored HN Diagnostics management specification.

I was in-charge of the SIP Trunking Interoperability Testing. Built SIP trunking proof-of-concept lab along-with a Canadian contracting company. Authored test cases for testing SIP connect 1.1 compliance in PacketCable environment with an SP-SSE and SP-PBX with an ESG. Hosted the SIP trunking Interop alongwith multiple PBX and SSE vendors and validated the test results against the CL Packetcable SIP specification. Produced a test report and emulated the entire setup on a VM which was distributed to multiple MSOs for testing. Demonstrated the SIP trunking compliance at the demo floor during The Cable Show- 2011
