Började som assistant manager för Greasy Spoon medans vi parallellt jobbade med utvecklingenoch öppningen av Dirty Vegan! Eftersom vi inte har en operativ chef, så har många av domuppgifterna tilldelats rollen som restaurangchef, så jag har jobbat med bl. a. ansvar för bemanningav kök och golv, kostnadsberäkning av mat och dryck (och skapandet av nya produkter),förhandlingar med nuvarande och nya leverantörer, utvecklingen av vårt märke. Även utvecklingenav/mot finansiella mål och system för all form av drift och utveckling av personal. Företaget ärlitet, och restaurangen ny, så i samarbete så utvecklade vi ett nytt koncept från botten upp.Som chef i Corona tid så lyckades vi hålla öppet genom att anpassa system för service och bytariktning i utvecklingen av vårt koncept. Vi anpassade system så vi kunde driva restaurangen medmindre personal, och på samma gång fortsätta kultivera ett intresse för vårt koncept. Som enniche restaurang med en liten målgrupp så har vi ändå lyckats fånga allmänhetens intresse ochfortsatta support.

Min roll med Livet café och Livet Tranquil, två koncept som utvecklades av Coor Management, varatt mer eller mindre sälja det till gäster såväl som företag. Dess sociala-media-vänliga decor och alternativa meny är relativt nya i företagskulturen, och min roll var att skapa ett “demand.” Givetvis så jobbade jag på golvet med utveckling av personal och drift/underhåll av restaurang, men den andra delen var länken mellan gäst och riktning av vårt koncept. I samarbete med chef och konceptutvecklare så tog vi idén av Livet till konsumenten, och skapade den balans som blevverkligheten av Livet café och Livet Tranquil.

Currently participating in the development of a proposal that will shape the landscape of social and mental health for young adults. The project is attempting to provide support for a group of people that have largely been neglected in terms of the available support services and information about a wide range of social and mental health issues, and the options available. The project is in its developmental stage, and is forming a proposal for funds to conduct a three year study in finding participants, educating the communities, and providing support for a large group of participants. My role focuses on the research and development of a plan to inform and locate potential participants for the study. One of the greatest difficulties with the age group of 18 - 25 is the stigma that is associated with social and mental difficulties. In addition, the Swedish society offers options of financial aid and support for studies and jobseekers, that can allow young adults to "coast by" until later years. The methodology being developed my the project leader and myself will includes proposals on how to saturate the communities with information and options to participate in the study, where to locate participants, and a plan for information and support using the medium of the internet and online communities.

Private lessons for students interested in Western and Scandinavian culture, supported students with review of documents, editing tone and format, general editing of texts to fit students need. Prepared students for interviews regarding university and new job prospects. Taught conversational English and skills, as well as social cues and etiquette during social gatherings.

Teaching focuses on Communicative Language Teaching, building confidence and tailoring private lessons for clients. The work requires flexibility, improvisation, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to match client’s level and personality. Clients ranging all ages, backgrounds, professions, and reasons for English development. Job description also included assisting clients with editing texts for journals, conferences, speeches, interview preparation, and much more.
