I build, document, and trouble shoot new communications processes from scratch to success — processes that serve people in their simplicity and the mission by way of data-informed evaluation. All of this requires rigorous project management and balancing many plates. The trick is learning which plates are glass and which are rubber, because rubber plates bounce but glass plates don't. And I'm not a solo artist in all of this. I currently provide supervision to an informal social media team of 4 and I'm point-of-contact for an informal communications team of 2.
