* Perform sales activities on Coating segment, specially on printing ink accounts* Develop new customers and new products to market* Directly work with suppliers in negotiating price and other related matter* Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly * Manage and interpret customer requirement* Meet sales target* Provide technical presentation* Provide pre-sale assistance to customers* Provide monthly reporting of activity* Manage a personal sale budget* Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth* Provide quarterly results assessments of sales performance.* Coordinate with accounting department to control customers' payment

* Handling researching wood coating, specialize in Nitrocellulose based paint, Acrylic paint for antique effect coating which require a strong understanding of application process.* Support QC & manufacturing team in production and trouble shooting.* Doing technical support to customer regard to on-line process issue.

Taking responsibility of researching new project regard to reverse printing ink for gravure application such as: Ink on PET, OPP, PE film.Handling technical control for current products, also do troubleshooting and technical support for customersLooking for new product trend
