THE FEISTY BEAST is a devilishly delicious poetry narration collaboration I've embarked on with poet / exec producer Maureen "Moe" Phillips and audio designer, Ian Phillips. We've come together to bring her magical, mystical, macabre works to life via rich, slick audio narrations! Property Manager / Administrative Coordinator for Watch & Ward Property Management, a boutique collective servicing (traditional and smart) homes for an exclusive, high net worth clientele in The Hamptons. Some duties include: overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of luxury homes, on-premises house checks, providing personalized client assistance and fulfilling requests, communicating with, coordinating and managing vendors and contractors, creating and executing schedules, drafting and paying invoices, social media and project management, and much more.

• Editor of commercials (US & Latin Markets), short films, episodic webseries, EPKs, new business pitches, concert performances, news segments, behind-the-scenes doc and art pieces. • Responsible for creating concept of this 10 episode show, writing scripts, casting, scouting and securing locations, preparing and submitting SAG contracts, creating budgets, hiring DPs, directing and editing all episodes of this original dark comedy webseries. • Responsible for marketing/PR, supervising website design and construction. http://kateandkula.com• Producer of this and other commercial, new media/web content, film and theatre projects. Some duties include; vetting/hiring crew (DP, sound recordist, PA, etc), organizing casting, pre-screening talent for the director, submitting talent for specific roles.

• Represented as a commercial editor for General and Latin market projects in the Coconut Grove/Miami area. • Edited commercials for AT&T and Florida Lottery, working with agencies: Cooper/DDB and The Bravo Group/Y&R.

• Worked directly with artist / producer Michael Bivins, founding member of pop music group "New Edition"​, on 3 indie projects: - A BTS video chronicling the group's 4 month reunion tour, "New Edition: Behind Closed Doors". Responsible for the construction, flow and story development of the 45 minute piece, constructed from 100 hours of footage. - 2 narrative short films, "Boston on a Friday Night", starring J.D. Williams, and "Saturday / Roxbury 1980", used to pitch an original tv mini-series about the band's childhood rise, to networks.

• Integral part of founding the NYC office of London based editorial house, Final Cut • Involved in the vetting, hiring and training of the support staff, in addition to assisting London editors, (Kirk Baxter & Duncan Shepherd) in their assimilation to the US market. • Assisted Owner/Founding Editor Rick Russell on US projects• Edited commercials and long format projects such as; montage reels, EPKs and short films. • Worked in NYC, London, LA, Boston and Madrid. • Responsible for organizing Avid system hotel install in Madrid with technical staff, in Spanish. • Oversaw all finishing sessions (final colour grade, mix and online) for my own projects and at times, for fellow editors. • Worked on high profile accounts such as; American Express, Levi’s, Smirnoff and Xbox, with award winning ad agencies: McCann, DDB, CPB, JWT and Ogilvy. Worked with myriad renowned directors, such as: Jaume Collet-Serra, Robert Hales and Pierluca De Carlo.

• Wrote spec comedy scripts (Curb Your Enthusiasm, Sex & The City, Six Feet under, The Bernie Mac Show, Frasier) that were being shopped to major networks by Brillstein Grey agent, Lee Kernis.• Was given an original pilot to script doctor• Based on my commercial parody reel, I garnered a meeting with MadTV, where I pitched over a dozen characters and sketch ideas to all the producers/writers.• Wrote original stand up comedy material, performed in NYC comedy clubs (ie; The Comedy Cellar, Stand Up NY, Gotham and Boston Comedy Club).

• Worked in Avid Media Composer. Assisted editors; Barry Alexander Brown, Don Kleszy, Bruce Ashley and Jordan Greene on various commercials, music videos and new business pitches. • Duties; tracked, loaded and organized film dailies/media for projects. • In addition to entertaining and accommodating the clients, anticipating and keeping track of their special needs and idiosyncrasies. • Often acted as a liaison between the editor and the agency producer and creatives. • Scheduled finishing sessions ie; colour correction, audio mixes and online sessions. • Was the assistant editor to film editor Barry Alexander Brown on projects, most notably on John Leguizamo's Broadway show "Freak" directed by Spike Lee for HBO. I was responsible for loading and organizing footage for multi-camera project in Avid Media Composer and outputting a drop frame hi-res master for broadcast.

Served as concierge & hotel operator at Paramount Hotel, during the period when hotelier, Ian Schrager, owned and resided on the premises. Principal duties were to anticipate, accommodate and tend to the needs and requests of an elite clientele consisting primarily of those in the upper echelon of finance, entertainment, advertising, and other esoteric groups. As a staff member, a high level of excellence and professionalism in our client services was standard. On a high level, there was an expectation of discretion, comfort, curated agendas and personalized attention, in the caliber of services we provided for our guests during their stay. Many of whom were repeat guests and/or were booked in on long term stays.Whether it was making dinner reservations, researching and organizing events, obtaining theatre tickets, shielding a celebrity from prying eyes, or lending an ear--this was a vital position within the hotel and tapped into my empathetic, problem solving nature.
