• Providing financial reporting that is accurate, timely and to the satisfaction of the customers.• Following internal procedures and practices to be compliant with the Strata Property Act and other governance bodies as applicable.• Preparing financial statements and monthly financial reporting packages• Preparing accrual/adjusting entries and assisting in annual year-end procedures• Responding to financial and accounting enquiries from Community and Property Managers and councils• Assisting the Community Manager with budget preparations and year-end balancing as required• Assisting with Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable• Prepare monthly reconciliation (bank accounts, general accounts, prepaid accounts, AP & AR accounts, intercompany accounts, etc)• Providing financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as requested.

• Timely Financial Planning to support all Division.• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections. (AR/AP)• Responsible for all general ledger activities• Periodic and Continues Reconciliation of ledger balances to ensure accuracy.• Timely Settlement of Statutory Dues to the banks and Tax departments.• Process online Payments to the suppliers after checking the all-documentary evidence.• Negotiation with Suppliers adjust the payment terms.• Overseeing the annual Audit and tax issues with relevant authorities• Reporting to the CEO and responsible for the full cycle of accounting duties for the company.

• Reconciles Financial Discrepancies by Collecting and Analyzing Account Information.• Verifying Payments and Documentation, and Requesting Disbursements.• Prepares Special Financial Reports by Collecting, Analyzing And Summarizing Accounting Information and Trends.• Re Valuation of Sales and Purchases Ledgers.• Capitalizing, Physical Verifying and Maintaining Information Regarding Fixed Assets. • Involving Annual Budget Preparation Process.

• Preparation of financial statements including consolidation in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.• Supervising of the engagement team.• Motivating and guiding subordinates by encouraging them with work enthusiasm and technical assistance.• Delegating duties effectively after identifying each individual’s capabilities.• Auditing the books of accounts in accordance with International Auditing Standards.• Reviewing and controlling subordinates’ work to achieve the set goals• Computation of corporate taxation.• Verification, reconciliation and computation of Value Added Taxation in accordance with Inland Revenue Act of Sri Lanka.• Planning of assignments and ensuring completion within stipulated deadlines
