Prior to that, I spearheaded large transformation programs involving multiple technologies and solutions for government and defense sectors in India. These included the world's largest aviation MRO solution, a goods and services tax system, and an e-governance solution with big data analytics. I also established and grew the aviation practice at Ramco Systems, a pioneering ERP software product company in India, to achieve a leadership position within five years. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated improvement in performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and operating margins, while managing P&L responsibility for contracts with combined annual revenue of over USD 100 million and a team size of over 4000 software engineers and support personnel.My core competencies include pre-sales, management consulting, business development, product management, product development, solution delivery, support, and customer management. I have domain expertise in analytics, aviation, e-governance, and taxation. I am a postgraduate in rural management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand.
