Martial Arts Wellness Group Jan 2018 - Present
This is a collaborative effort to bring an eclectic range of martial arts, fitness and wellness activities under one roof in San Antonio, Texas - including T’ai Chi Ch’uan (Taijiquan), Shaolin Kung Fu, Capoeira (an Afro-Brazilian martial arts), Chi Kung (qigong), meditation, yoga, therapeutic massage, and more. We believe improving health involves a complementary mix of physical, mental and wellness activities. In addition to introducing different martial arts, self-defense, and wellness activities to San Antonio, we also hope to provide a space to enhance intercultural understanding through learning about the these arts, their countries of origin, culture and language (for example, Mandarin classes coming soon). We hope to bring these activities through ongoing classes and workshops to the San Antonio and neighboring communities! Stay tuned as we add and update our classes and announcements for workshops!www.martialartswellnessgroup.com
