During my time at Arbisoft, I played a pivotal role in researching, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions, primarily focused on enhancing the educational experience through advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. Key highlights at Arbisoft includes:- AI Virtual Assistant: R&D, cost analysis, and feasibility assessment for a multi-lingual AI virtual assistant featuring two communication modes (text and voice) and a 3D avatar to enhance student engagement. This solution significantly improved the user experience and learning outcomes, while maintaining cost efficiency.- Action Recommender System: Led the AI team in designing and implementing a symbolic AI-based system. I developed user stories by thoroughly understanding the e-learning platform and translated client needs into technical requirements. Our AI-based recommendation system provided personalized action plans to improve student performance, using data-driven insights.- Math Query Resolver: Created an NLP-based math query solver, which nearly matched Google’s benchmark in solving complex natural language math problems.- General Query Answering Using SerpAPI: Researched and integrated SerpAPI into the virtual assistant, enabling it to answer general questions that could be found via web search. This reduced development costs by leveraging web-based information retrieval for common queries.- Cloud-Based AI Solutions: Conducted research and development on AI solutions leveraging AWS and GCP, integrating these systems into end-to-end cloud infrastructures.- Microservices Architecture: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI microservices using cloud technologies, optimizing scalability and performance.This experience not only deepened my expertise in AI and cloud technologies but also honed my ability to lead projects, mentor talent, and deliver innovative solutions that make a real-world impact.
