- Receive and analyze customer's request via email and provide the needed information following customer’s requirements with high quality and accurate results in a given time bound.- Contact and discuss with the supporting teams and customers by phone, mails, IM, use customer's tools/ data systems… to collect requested information. - Handle customer's queries/escalation related to the business.- Support customer by investigating and understanding the situation of the customers, receive requirements & define the solutions and expedite actively (with the approval from Team Leader/ Project’s owner).- Deliver the defined and requested KPIs on time with accuracy. - Perform initial analysis to assess the quality of data, handle and process raw data, build reports/dashboard upon customer’s request.- Co-operate with other members in team to fulfill the assignment. - Handle the tasks delegated from project’s owner.
