CurrentResponsibilities• Source and qualify various mid-senior to senior technical roles that include Software Engineers, Front End Engineers, Network Development Engineers, Wireless Network Development Engineers, Network Development Managers, and Technical Program Managers• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through a variety of methods including: cold calling, job boards, referrals, social networking, etc.• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and research additional resources to sourcing prime candidates• Engage new prospects, build lasting relationships, and sustain a candidate network of active and passive candidate for interest and suitability for current and future talent requirements.• Trained and ramped up new team members to be successful in a rapid-pace environment
