Currently, Director & CEO at Soni Hospitals. Having graduated from St. Stephens’ College in 2008, and later completing his MBA in Marketing from IMI, New Delhi. He started his professional career in 2010 by joining Soni Group of Hospitals, the family business of Healthcare and Medical Education.Over the last 10 years, Soni Group of Hospitals from 2 units at Jaipur, serving ¬5000 patients monthly and educating 30 students, has grown to provide services through 17 units spread over 9 districts in Rajasthan, serving ¬29,000 patients monthly with over 500+ staff members and educating 800 students at their campuses. This growth has been due to many significant strategic reforms implemented to focus on sustainable development by developing fresh and young teams, low-income but high-volume patients (bottom-of-pyramid) and quality centric approach.
