E/E Application Engineer - Antilock Braking System (ABS)/ Electronic Stability Control (ESC) ECU Involved in various OEM’s Project development from prototype stage to Series production in ECU plant. E/E customer requirement analysis for Mitsubishi and Nissan using MKS-RM tool (like DOORS) during RFQ/RFI phase. Supporting for customer quote release, E/E Technical offer document Preparation including deviation from Customer requirements. Defined the system definition for Braking system -ECU Section and participates in expert review. ECU Hardware development schedule preparation from proto phase to SOP using MS Project/Excel based on Customer Project milestone schedule. Initiating E/E-Kickoff meeting with all the stakeholders involving ECU proto development. Initiating Schematic creation, PCB Layout confirmation, Schematic & PCB Files review Electrical diagram preparation based on Customer External diagram using CATIA, Zuken. DV/PV Qualification Planning using EMC/ET, Environmental requirements, and DV/PV Labs Confirmation. Testplan preparation, SID review and other documents involving in Project development. Prototype’s ordering, Tracking order status. Participated in the Functional Safety audit (ISO26262) both Internal and Customer audits to review the FSM work products which compliance with ISO 26262 standard. Coordination with Quality labs to complete DV/PV tests on time. Coordination with DFMEA team, Mechanical, thermal, Software, Systems, Logistics and Production Plant stakeholders for execution of project, ECU diagnosis in plant, aftersales, proto-build shop.
