Volunteering in the remote parts of Karnataka, I realized that there is a dire need for financial literacy. The smartest of the smart does not know beyond FDs in the bank. Especially women are ignorant of their own earning management. Living my dream of having my own bookstore. Dhi Books is my dream come true, a cozy place where we introduce parents to the latest in Indian children's literature.I have been lucky to be exposed to various fields starting from core IT (coding and testing!) to teaching young minds, to building a school library. Every experience has given me much learning. As a teacher through evidyaloka, I was first exposed to the world of children, their curiosity, interest to learn, etc made me think seriously about the education sector as a career. With a Master's in Library and Information Science, I set up a high school library from zero and was able to attract children into the world of books. Being an avid reader, looking at children reading, and talking about books gave me satisfaction beyond words.Looking back, Infosys was an excellent ground to grow.● Excellent knowledge in COBOL/400, DB2/400, CL/400, OS/400, Powerbuilder● Knowledge of software development life cycle● Strong logical and analytical skills
