I am the Lead for the Payments team which handles processing all payments coming into our client's agency through a variety of different methods including ACH, check, and cash. Below are some of my achievements in this role:- Programmed a method for secondary validation of 30 XML file interfaces in VB.NET- Created SQL scripts to input 1000+ fields and rules into client database reducing development time by 95%- Integrated IRS e-Filing program with client's implementation using VB.NET, SQL, and XML/XSD deprecating ~10 file interfaces for transporting data between applications- Gathered payment processing business requirements by facilitating multiple weekly meetings with client stakeholders completing requirements gathering and analysis 20% ahead of schedule- Selected as an instructor for company's new hire orientation to train 20-30 newly hired consultants

I was awarded to position to teach and mentor incoming freshman as part of the EK100 program. I lead weekly meetings with approximately 10-15 students, focusing on helping them get acclimated to life at Boston University and within the College of Engineering. I help facilitate interaction between the faculty advisor and the students as well as plan out-of-class events for my advising group.

I was awarded this position to serve as a representative for the College of Engineering. This means that I give tours of the facilities on occasion as well as work events for the College. These events mostly include open houses where I answer any questions prospective students and their parents may have and guide them during their day on campus.

I was an Implementation Consultant intern for FAST for the summer of 2015 prior to my senior year of college. During this internship I implemented an action item tool using VB.NET and SQL allowing the ~20 person team easier task assignment.

Global App Initiative is a club of over 400 members which creates mobile applications for non-profit organizations while also teaching its members mobile development. As part of the Business Development team I assist in procuring funding for the club as well as marketing and expanding the club inter and intra university. During my time at Comcast my main purpose was to facilitate the transfer of 200+ currently running orders to a new software platform. In addition, I compiled ad availability in over 200 geo-locations and advised management on the implications of this information. This included meeting with the third-party affiliate to advise them on complications with their current system. Also, I was tasked with entering orders of a new product which had just begun being offered. All these jobs entailed the quick learning of all new software applications as well as time management in order to complete the extensive amount of work.
