As partnership with Bexhill College I was able to have an internship with 8billionideas- Undertook essential training on the basics of a sales and HR role to enhance existing and develop new skills.- Assisted in a mock recruitment process profiling a wide range of candidates for a firm to find the best potential individual based on critical factors such as experience, certifications and skill set.- Conducted comprehensive market research to identify promising business opportunities.- Trained on how to showcase and highlight the features of a firm's product/service to facilitate a successful pitch.- Developed up-selling and the ability to close sales effectively and efficiently.
