In 2005 I built my first websites for clients and by 2006 this social media & mobile thing began to get interesting. That year I built and executed on my first social media strategies, including the first mobile marketing strategy implemented by a particular national restaurant chain.My services today are customized for my clients and pull both from my personal expertise and from my deep networks.

One of the benefits of running the LITweetup community is that I've had the opportunity to meet most of the rockstars of Social Media & Digital on Long Island. In 2011 I had the good fortune to officially partner with a couple of them. Officially on the team I was known as the 'Connector'.The biggest (and most discussed) project we did was the 140 Characters Conference that we helped produce in Long Island, the area's first ever Global Social Media conference. We collaborated with some amazing folks and I had the opportunity to design and develop the WordPress site for the event. This service was born when I recognized the stress that most people experienced when dealing with technology professionals (or geeks like me). Much more than my deep knowledge of Windows and PC hardware troubleshooting, it was the ability to translate "Geek" to "human" and take complex issues and make them simple that made this business grow.

When I started here, it was actually I/B/E/S (acquired by Primark, then Thomson) and I was working in Data Entry between high school & college. I had the honor of working with some remarkable executives during my career there and many of the lessons I learned there continue to serve me well.After data entry I had the fortune of joining the team that was building the new I/B/E/S that would work on the "World Wide Web" using the latest 2400 baud modems! I was tapped to lead our Y2K testing efforts. On 12/31/1999 it turns out my team had in fact managed to forestall the software apocalypse.Post Y2K my bosses and I made a case for a formal software QA function and won funding (my first big sale!). We built a team and at the height of things I managed a local (NY) team and a team in the UK and Singapore.
