Advised and trained all elements within 5th SFG (A) on the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures for the employment of ground mobility platforms in all phases of special operations with a total of 83 courses led and another 40 courses supported. Specialized in advanced methods of driving, recovery, and battle damage assessment. Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of $10,000,000 of military vehicles and equipment without loss or damage. Dealt with personnel reduction from four Special Forces Non-Commissioned Officers to one upon assuming the position, yet built the mobility program into the standard for mobility training throughout Army 1st Special Forces Command (A). Interfaced with defense mobility vendors to identify faults and improve vehicle operational capabilities, which allowed Special Forces operators to meet their mission requirements. Evaluated vehicle signal and signature identification mitigation to increase survivability and increase tactical efficiency. Conducted security assessments in Yemen with the Department of State (DOS). Regional Security Office (RSO). Identifying relevant threats to DOS & DOD operations in Yemen and establishing controls throughout the RSO security plan to protect the US Diplomatic Mission to Yemen. Planned and coordinated aviation support and managed ground support personnel and medical support. I was also the program manager for the Rappel Master course and the FRIES (Fast Rope Insertion Extraction System) Special Patrol Insertion Extraction System) which were the two highest risk courses taught at the Sabalauski Air Assault School. I was responsible for managing the breadth of course materials as well as identifying all risks associated with the training courses in relation to personnel and to US Army Aircraft supporting the training events. I was responsible for conducting all air mission briefs with the supporting aviation units and ensuring that all required NOTAMs (Notice to Air Missions) were properly filed with Campbell Army Airfield.
