Regional Commercial Supervisor Kamwenge region GrainPulse Limited • I supervise all activities for grain purchase and sell of agricultural inputs.• I manage all master agents in the region• I train village agents and steer development of the village model• I monitor Village agents KPIs and ensure all profiled farmers are active• I manage and track all commercial farms and Agro dealers to ensure they stock Grain Pulse Limited products• I ensure the hub is fully branded, maintained and functional• I drive awareness campaigns for Grain Pulse Limited products in the region• I ensure we have demonstration plots across the region • I identify new product lines that are viable in the region • I manage stakeholders • I manage the agricultural events calendar and ensure full representation of GPL

My role is to drive sales for Agro inputs like blended fertilizers and agro chemicals through repeated customer ( farmer ) engagement, building customer relationship and providing agronomic customer centric knowledge.
