I am working in the field of Bioinformatics with an emphasis on Omics Data Analysis. I am interested in both developing methods for data analysis and applying standard tools for downstream analyses in the field. Previously I have worked on Gene Expression Analysis and may come back to that any time in the future. In general I am interested in Data Science and Machine Learning techniques. I am frequently using C/C++, Golang, Python and mostly working with Linux environment.
