PNAT (Pharmacogenetics of Nicotine Addiction and Treatment) :• Interact with investigators from multiple universities/institutes, lab manager and data manager to define requirements, design database architecture, estimate development effort and define implementation schedule and milestones. • Design, develop and implement PNAT databases on both Oracle 10g and MySQL 5.0 and website using J2EE (Java, JSP/Servlet, JDBC), iBatis SQL Map and XML to store and report genotype and clinical trial data. The database and website are supporting investigators from more than 10 universities/institutes.• Help bioinformatics lead estimate and manage the budget.• Manage contractors to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
