I have 19 years of experience in fundraising and investing. My business partner and I started buying single family rentals then moved on to fixing-and-flipping hundreds of houses. Since 2016 we’ve been investing in Manufactured Home Communities (MHC's) for more consistent passive cash flow, and to shift into a more recession-resistant asset class.To date we have raised and re-paid over $30 Million in capital on real estate projects with zero losses to any investor partner.We have 4 children and enjoy life in Salt Lake City Utah.
