Uganda Entebbe Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project/ Modern City Project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo Collaborated with project managers and HR managers to manage HR procedures such as recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, internal transfers, and promotions, ensuring smooth workforce management. Compiled and presented quarterly performance reports for Chinese technical personnel and cadres, supervising up to 70 individuals during peak periods and 30 during low peak periods. Managed payroll operations, ensuring timely salary distribution for up to 300 employees during peak periods and 150 during low peak periods. Oversaw daily administrative tasks including document management, meeting coordination, and logistics, ensuring operational efficiency. Contributed to project publicity and assisted in organizing training sessions and related activities. Executed additional responsibilities as directed by leadership, including embassy liaison for leader receptions and coordinating volunteer service initiatives, demonstrating adaptability and dedication.

Responsible for translating Congo project documents and assisting the project manager in business development.
