As a Training and Development Specialist at Ghana TVET Service, I design and deliver quality training programs for technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions across the country. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, I have a solid foundation in business, management, marketing, and related support services. I also have strong analytical skills that help me evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the training interventions and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. I have over three years of experience in the TVET sector, having previously worked as a Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations Manager at etranzact Ghana , where I monitored multiple projects and partnerships. I am passionate about enhancing the skills and employability of TVET learners and instructors, and contributing to the development of a skilled and productive workforce in Ghana.
