Nana 143 is a very young company in Belgrade focused on film production. I, as owner, cooperate mainly on projects of bigger production companies as film production manager. Nana 143 in the first place works with two companies from Belgrade - Gargantua films ltd and Mali Budo ltd, and one NGO, "Kino Kultura".

Project manager on project "Škola filmske magije", Gračanica (in 2015. and 2016), and distribution coordinator on the film "Little Buddho" (2014). Most recently, as owner of Nana 143, I continued our collaboration on film "The Samurai in Autumn" (2016), as production manager.

As project manager I had several responsabilities and tasks:- agreeing project objectives- representing the organisation's interests- organising the various professional people working on a project- carrying out risk assessment- making sure that all the aims of the project are met- recruiting specialists and sub-contractors- monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained- overseeing the accounting, costing and billing

As sales and marketing manager I had several responsabilities and tasks:- To develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.- To Plan and implement promotional campaigns.- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity- To prepare online and print marketing campaigns.- To monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.- To creating a wide range of different marketing materials.- To maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
