Lead and manage Equipment Project Leaders consisting of: Prepress, printing, coating, slitting, packaging, and Automatic Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS).As Project Director Deputy, assist Project Director to run the project within timeline, budget and quality. Take decision during Project Director off duty.Manage installation based on agreed schedule and do coordination with building construction team.Manage commissioning strategy in alignment with machine supplier contract and Quality requirement.Organize team member: Civil, MEP and Automation.Coordinating Main Contractor.Control Project budget and minimize Variation Order.Set up Maintenance Team OChart incl. set up JobDesc, objectives and KPIs. This team will be on duty once the Project handed over to Operational.Coordinate and give direction to Logistic team for machine shipment and receiving.Communicate with machine OEM for progress tracking, FAT and machine delivery.
