Key responsibilities involves:Design, development, and delivery of effective e-learning packages to meet the business's needs and professional development program.Maintain and facilitate continuous improvement of the Learning Management System.Develop all content - visual, audio and written - for e-learning packages.Research and implement different learning delivery methods to improve accessibility.Maintain and build relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.This role requires creative thinking to ensure e-learning packages are effective, accessible and engaging to our internal team members.

I had the opportunity to intern and help David Cook in his preparations for the Meet Me In The Square photographic exhibition. This role required me to a good eye for details, have the ability to critically critique and analyse the work, and anticipate the needs of my supervisor. My main tasks involved researching and analysing relevant contemporary artists, designing proposals for exhibition layouts, scanning and retouching black and white film negatives, and minor administrative tasks.

I was one of three illustrators involved in creating artwork for an app game. I was given the responsibility of creating works for the Steampunk ‘Sky’ level. This involved designing ten varying platforms (or levels), which transitioned from day to night, and developing the ‘boss’ character for my level.

In this role I travelled to a primary school where I photographed the children involved in WMIER’s research project. I was given a short brief, but this shoot required a lot of initiative and on the spot thinking. They had wanted me to do another shoot with a different researcher, but we were unable to organize this before I returned to Wellington to continue my studies. I was also asked to take photographs for their faculty magazines, brochures, and pamphlets.

I was assigned a wide range of task, which included data entry, assisting in research projects, transcribing, design jobs, and photography jobs.
