- Consulting Project: Vancity enviroFund 5-year focus on Lighter Living• Lighter Living is a partnership with Vancity Credit Union and supports communities to live better, healthier lives with less ecological impact through the enviroFund, which has provided almost CAD 2 billion in finance in the sustainability sector since 2012. • Consulted on establishment of investment criteria and 5-year focus plan for Vancity Credit Union’s enviroFund, which is targeting impact areas to finance systemic change.• Provided analysis to Vancity Credit Union highlighting how the enviroFund aligns with Lighter Living objectives.• Analysis of this 5-year investment focus plan and projected impacts of Lighter Living is used to advise the Vancouver City’s 2020 Greenest City Action Plan, which aims to reduce Vancouver’s ecological footprint by 33% over 2006 levels. • Delivered seminars to senior board members on the benefits derived from Vancity enviroFund and Lighter Living.-Consulting Project: University of British Columbia’s Zero Waste Action Plan • Produced a detailed report on scaling up actions that promote reuse and waste reduction on campus, with a focus on move in/move out for 13 residences housing over 20 000 students.• This report is to be used as a best-practices template to support UBC’s goal of diverting 80% of overall campus waste by 2020, as outlined in their 2014 Action Plan.• Prepared presentation materials and data for meetings with senior members of Student Housing and UBC’s Department of Sustainability.

- Project: Sustainable Lifestyles in the Workplace - Panama and Morocco• Identified changes that promote sustainability and greater employee well-being that were implemented in 7 offices in Panama and 5 hotels in Marrakech, Morocco. • Worked remotely with teams in Morocco and in Panama to calculate resulting reductions in CO2 emissions from identified workplace changes.• Prepared Power Point summary and graphical analysis of project for department senior staff.• Acted as the primary liaison between the UN Environment team and on-the-ground project leaders.- Project: Sustainable Lifestyles for Urban Youth – Colombia and Morocco• Worked remotely with University El Bosque in Bogotá, Colombia and Association Mawarid in Marrakech, Morocco to engage over 40 students in each city on sustainability topics via weekly workshops on single-use plastics, composting, car free days, etc.• Outcomes of this project were included on the official UN Environment website and social media channels, as well as on local news networks in Morocco and Colombia.• Co-wrote 4 technical reports on Moroccan consumer trends towards food, mobility, housing and leisure- Technical Report: Sustainable Lifestyles Options and Opportunities• Collaborated on a technical report outlining 60+ actions regarding food, mobility, housing, leisure and consumer goods as related to ecological footprint and organized according to quantifiable reductions.• This report was officially published by One Earth initiative and on the United Nations Sustainable Consumption and Production Clearinghouse website. • Compiled and delivered a weekly newsletter to 500+ technical, policy and business experts.
