I graduated from University this year and my major was International Relations. Now, I'm a student at VanWest College and taking a Professional Customer Service Co-op course. I'm seeking a community and full-time job where I can use my customer service skills.I have a total 3 years in the customer service. I was working at cafe as a barista, server, cashier and kitchen staff and in a thrift store as a purchase assessor. I worked flexibly in a different position every day. The purchase process required the ability to work quickly and accurately.I have always enjoyed communicating with people. I became interested in helping people through hospitality courses in my college and working experience. I always think about how much I can help people. I try to recognize and respond to our customers' needs before they tell me to. Furthermore, I am interested to communicate people who have different cultures and backgrounds.My goal is to help people and make them happy with my skills.
