I grew up in Bangkok Thailand, All my life, my career always involving with customer/client supportsI believe in putting customer first no matter what and when I said that I meanyou have to know what to say and what to do to make your customers believe in you.So even the customer is in the wrong, I know how to make them feel like they are not.Does that make sense?I am now living in the UK and for 7 years I have been managing the restaurant, so its not that I have to take care of customers but I also have to make sure everyone in my team is happy and comfortable at work."HAPPY EMPLOYEE PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE" its cliche but its so true.Talk about social media, I really just realised myself not long ago that this is also what I like to do and also GOOD AT IT. I have been self learning on how to implementing marketing campaigne strategies for brands and organizations. I love creating contents and publish eyecathing post to invite people to engage with the account and see our sales grow. What not to like about social media right? In Pandemic, I have created non profit campaign in Thailand encouraging people to speak out about sexual harrassing and domestic violent and have been working with a lot of organizations in Thailand.This is always my proud project and its a viral movement I have created whiles we were in Lockdown.As a graduate specializing in Hospitality, I've transitioned from managing restaurant to embarking on my entrepreneurial journey.
