I am currently an Account Representative at REE Mechanical Inc. a self-performing HVAC provider for multi-site retailers. I handle creating new accounts as well as customer relationships, working closely with our clients to provide a personalized experience and coordinate preventative maintenance. I have over 8 years of experience in retail management. Throughout my years of working retail I have dialed down my leadership skills as well as how to provide a genuine customer service experience. My creative arts background has always had a play in my work life. I am a problem solver with high attention to detail. I am eager to help and seek to feel accomplished at the end of the day.Switching careers over from retail management to HVAC, a completely different industry has feed into my passion for learning new skills as well as challenging me to always be driven. Having been on the retail side and now the facilities vendor for retail stores gives me perspective from both ends to work cohesively with one another.
