Marketing EAD, OPT, H1B, H1T, GC, USC Bench consultants by posting/submitting their resumes.•Partly working on contract requirements with my prefer vendors which I have good hold.•Preparing the CV and suggest any modifications required.• Negotiate the rate and billing terms and sort out the issues in NCA/NDA/MSA raised by the legal team with the vendor/s or Implementation Partners.•Regular follow ups with vendors on the feedbacks and interviews.•Generate new vendors through Cold calling.•Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new clients / vendors to the company.•Negotiating rates and getting the best possible rates for consultants.•Very good Wrap-up with different Mid-clients and End-Clients for the sourcing wide area requirements to match exact Consultants.•Sourcing requirements using internal databases, Internet web sites, job postings, referrals, cold calling and networking.•Involved in executing the initial vendor/ master agreements between the companies.•Understanding the Purchase Orders and make sure they are executed according to terms and conditions of the organization.•Posting resumes on behalf of consultants into various job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Corp-Corp, Bench folks, TechFetch etc.,•Identifying and qualifying candidates through sources such as: Deep Dive Internet Searches, Cold Calling, Sourcing, Referrals, Social Networks (Google groups, Facebook & twitter) and Community Based Organizations.

Involved in the complete Life Cycle of resume marketing.• Creating profiles of our consultants in multiples job portals like Zip Recruiter, Career Builder Dice, Monster,Tech fetch and Indeed.• primary responsible for searching for requirements (using various internet sources and referral techniques.)• Apply jobs in behalf of our own pay roll consultant in multiple job portals.• Making calls to the preferred vendors to find out whether they are working on any contract position suitable for our technical consultants.• Follow marketing strategy for best results i.e., Market them with Highest rate & find Long-term projects for them
