Marketing Project Management for a mission driven agency that serves the Credit Union market.

I plan, build, resource, manage and deliver all projects that go through the Marketing Department at Demand Science. I create our project plan, build the Asana project, tasks, automations. I plan our timelines and manage our backlog, based on business priorities and available resources. I hold daily scrums to identify what has been done and needs to be trafficked, what needs to be done and who had the bandwidth to do it and what roadblocks the team might need help with. My day it spent problem solving for the team, running point for Marketing so they can get their work done uninterrupted, and making sure the team is set up for success. I manage work across the content, creative design, social, and web teams. This winter I converted our project management system from Monday.com to Asana. I created our Asana environment, created out workflows, templates and automations. I trained an continually coached the team on the new Asana environment and we achieved 100% usage of Asana within the first month. Additional responsibilities:Set-up, Managed, trained and coached the team on Ziflow, our design QA application.Maintain the team's SharePoint structure and files.Manage 3rd part vendors for the web, as well as contract worker for both copy and design.Primary point of contact for anyone needing anything from Marketing, from trade show booths, sales collateral, to HR social posts.International team with members from the Philippians to the UK across the US.

Early in my time at DemandScience I spent my time co-managing the 1DS project. We were bringing together 4 different legal entities under the umbrella brand of DemandScience. I work with project managers across to the company to make sure all branding from website to sales materials to invoices. In 3 months, we identified all assets that needed to be updated and rebranded, completed the work and kept senior management informed of progress thought a weekly update meeting.Once we launched the DemandScience website, I managed the reskinning and rebranding of over 300 pieces of sales and support materials in 1 month.I managed daily Marketing projects and task in Monday.com. I built board, projects, tasks, and automations. I assigned resources, ran daily scrum meetings and weekly sprint meetings, managing the teams backlog vs. company priorities.

I am responsible for a WordPress public face and a HTML/Bootstrap based member portal. On a daily basis I author and update content, design pages and templates, manage our hosting relationship. I have designed and implemented an integrated series of plugins that have created password protected forums for our members that e-mail out to each member of the forum. The forums will accept emailed responses as well. I have created a multi variable search engine allowing members to sort Ethics Opinions by keyword, rule number and ethics subjects. I manage 39 plugins on the WordPress side. On the Member portal all updates are manually made using HTML and Bootstrap.
