Customer Engagement• Responsible for overall Engage Community activities that provide many important events and resources to our customers and prospects. Supporting onsite multinational Regional User Groups, and Innovation Day events. In addition, oversight for the 70+ Virtual Community Series events. Accountable for planning topics and scheduling of speakers, hosting/facilitating meetings, all follow up communications internally and externally. Revenue Operations • Develop business systems roadmaps and implementing new processes, solutions, and system features. Managed integrations between disparate platforms and systems, and ensure sales staff are trained and competent. Provide Program Management support to the Alliances team. Design and implement automated workflows. Manage weekly Deal Desk meetings. Customer Success Operations• Serve as a trusted partner to the Customer Success team organization to define customer onboarding, communication strategy, and tactics. Ensure Customer Success team is equipped with efficient, effective, and accurate systems, tools, dashboards, data insights and processes that covers the entire Customer lifecycle from sales through renewals.
