• Responsible for engineering design of drilling and completing the Pelican Lake New Ventures SAGD pilot, involving an innovative SAGD wellbore architecture and geometry. Worked closely with key vendors and IOD.
• Performed cost analysis of the SAGD pilot: identified $680,000 to $1,800,000 cost savings per well pattern in economic models.
• Applied organizational techniques to investigate and reconcile 2008 Boyer drilling program invoices. Documented numerous opportunities for improving cost control, and made positive recommendations for cost management.

• Worked closely with Operators, Contractors, Maintenance Technicians, and Engineers to ensure smooth daily operation of Alderson West Oil Battery. Responsible for the supervision and routine maintenance of 25 oil wells.
