• Operations Support for Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)• Conduct daily checks to verify the data received from the AEM list for any duplicates or errors received. If there are issues, escalate to FX (FUJIFILM) users for rectification• Provide the status update of EVN IDs in the VMWARE proxy and send an email to the user if not received• Send emails and follow up with users for issues related to SPCP, OECD, and CorpPass IDs• Update the Payment, Batch Exception, GIRO, Outgoing & Incoming, and LBS files daily• Update Data Table Requests, Codes Table Requests (CTR), and PFR’s daily• Prepare weekly IMM report and monthly ABEND Report• Update Software EOS/EOL document every week• Carry out other Adhoc tasks as required

• Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse by monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipments• Prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipments• To assist with customers/supplier’s inquiries via phone or email• To ensure all inventory transaction is completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy• Upkeep and file related documentation on time and accurately. (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, and inventory records)• Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with the company’s SOP• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review• Ensure the storage and office areas are well maintained and perform other job-related functions as and when required by Superior
