I am an Agile Executive Assistant and Project Manager. The purpose of my role is to help executives make more effective use of their time. I do this by efficiently managing all the fine details of their schedule, along with administrative, office and project management processes.My role involves a great deal of agile project management. This ranges from work plan preparation, to ensuring team members meet up with their deliverables in a timely manner and ensuring efficient project execution. In this role, I have successfully co-planned and executed the vaccination of over 100,000 under 5years children in three (3) zero dose wards in Sabon Gari LGA, Kaduna State, Nigeria; led exhibition and marketing projects for Zhongguo Cargo Logistics and I am currently leading program delivery by organizing fireside chats and screening events at Folajimiworldwide.
