As a Vineyard Kids Coordinator, I am responsible for overseeing all functions of the children's ministry of the North West Peoria Campus of Vineyard Church North Phoenix. I am involved in ensuring that classrooms are set up and have the supplies needed for planned activities, and order any additional supplies needed for the next week; as well as, ensure classrooms are reset after the service. I help greet guest as they arrive, get them checked into our electronic tracking system, and find their appropriate classrooms. I create and maintain all volunteer schedules, updating as needed for call-outs for up to 20+ volunteers. I am responsible for recruiting and establishing new children's ministry volunteers and submitting applications to Vineyard Church of North Phoenix Glendale campus to be processed. I handle any concerns as they occur through our communication process.

Developed a plan of care and management of a range of chronic diseases and urgent illnesses commonly seen in family practice.
