Writing and delivery of lesson plans for PSHE careers learning modules. 1-1 career guidance directly to students and parents. Extensive and successful employer engagement to support the strategic intended outcomes of the programme. Organisation of large scale career events, internal and external to the school to meet government, local and internal objectives for improving student outcomes. Working to significantly reduce NEET figures for students over a three year period. Regular reporting to Senior Leadership, Governors and stakeholders on the success of the careers programme and advising on policy, emerging trends and statutory requirements relating to careers learning within in education.
