I enjoyed vacationing on the Outer Banks for 30 years and purchased my first cottage in 1987 and successfully rented it each year to family and friends. I met my husband of 20 years while visiting a friend that lived on the Outer Banks. I was a paralegal for a law firm in Richmond, Virginia for 32 years until I had the opportunity to move here to pursue my real dream of living on the Outer Banks and selling real estate. For several years after moving to the beach I was the Broker-in-Charge of a small real estate and construction company along with the responsibility of decorating their homes. During the past thirteen years I have been a member of the Beach Realty & Construction team of professionals. Being a Realtor is more than just selling homes. It’s about people, and getting the results they are looking for.
