Nancy and George Bashore, Broker/Owners of RE/MAX Alliance Realtors, have established themselves as leading figures in New Mexico real estate through years of hard work and unwavering dedication. The couple met while attending Texas Tech University and relocated to Albuquerque in 1982, where George initiated his real estate career. Nancy, originally from Raton, New Mexico, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Home Economics/Business from Texas Tech in 1980. She continued her career in the women's retail clothing industry, where she managed and served as a buyer for Car-Lin of Albuquerque, a designer ladies' clothing boutique, for over eight years. Transitioning to real estate in 1990 upon receiving her Broker’s License, Nancy joined George in 1992. Together, they have consistently led their company as the top-producing team, earning the distinction of #1 Team with RE/MAX Realtors in New Mexico from 2015 to 2018, and #1 Team in Albuquerque from 2015 through 2023. Their son, Jonathan Bashore, has steadily built his career in the Albuquerque real estate community, following a path laid by his education and family legacy. After graduating from La Cueva High School and pursuing his undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico, Jonathan began his real estate journey in 2011. He initially served as a Listing Coordinator for two years, then transitioned to the role of the Bashore Team’s Transaction Coordinator. It was during this time, in 2013, that he obtained his broker’s license, deepening his commitment and gaining invaluable experience within the family business, enhancing his well-rounded and dynamic approach to the field.Together, Nancy, George, and Jonathan form The Bashore Team!
