Manage, promote and maintain an 89 county territory for Care Improvement Plus. Responsible for creating a marketing plan consisting of regularly calling on physicians for referrals to continue the growth of the long-term care program, while securing referrals for the opening of a new secure unit within the nursing home and a separate skilled nursing unit.
