Areas of Experience:- Handled a team of 6 members who are responsible for data collection, invoicing and revenue reconciliation and reporting for Enablement Services. - Managing teams that work on Total Revenues of $ 300million per annum and invoicing approximately18,000 number of invoices per annum.- Managing different billing models - FTE, Commitment Billing, Cost Per Deliverable, Hourly and Hybrid billing models for major service functions- Review of month-end activities –Accruals, Journal Entries, Revenue reconciliation, Forex Gain/ Loss, Provisions for Doubtful Debts, reconciliation of debtors’ accounts and other reporting requirements- Ensuring that invoicing and cash application are completed by the team within TAT- Analysis of AR Report on monthly basis and handling of dispute invoices.- Establish controls to check and make changes so there is no revenue leakage-Advanced knowledge on assessing, analyzing and mitigating the risks in Revenue area- Actuals Vs. Plan billing analysis and reporting- Reviewing and managing various schedules provided for Statutory, IFRS and Internal audits and liaising with and resolving the queries raised by Auditors within set timelines- Preparing monthly dashboard on team KPIs- Stakeholder Management - having regular connects with stakeholders to discuss the revenue and invoicing status- Work allocation and delegation within the team members- Providing regular MIS reports as required by the management
