While at ArcSight, I was instrumental in helping the company grow 30% YoY. The company was ultimately purchased by HP for a 70% market premium. I was in charge of leading the complex financial and systems integration into HP. While at the same time, I provided financial leadership to aggregate all security purchases into what ultimately became the "security pillar".
