I have 30+ years of experience in the medical field in multiple specialties that include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, dermatology, and physical therapy. I have always been a jack of all trades in any of the positions I have held including billing, coding, medical records, chart prep, EMR, data entry, insurance verification, accounts receivable, accounts payable, front desk, and customer service. I have worked for Fitness Quest for 13 years starting as a front desk coordinator working my way into Supervisor of Front Desk Operations and now Operations Manager working closely with our COO and CEO on multiple projects that includes the integration into a national physical therapy company, Confluent Health. At this time I oversee 16 locations and lead a team of 4 Team Leads to facilitate daily operations in those locations. I feel that I can relate to the members of my team as I was once one of them and know what their struggles are in the field. As a working Mom of 3 sons, all grown now, I understand the family dynamics of the working Mom. It's not easy leaving a child in daycare or school to go to work even if you love it. Working for Fitness Quest has been the best 13 years of my work life so far. I give them my best so that they can give me theirs.
