Manage 33 Advocate employees for the Contracts & Pricing strategic account customer portfolio of $980 million in yearly sales volume. Manage advocate team to support continuous pricing accuracy for the customer and Cardinal sales teams. Improve and maintain EDI match rate, Shipped not Billed, and SLA's to improve customer experience and profitability. Ensure reports are delivered on time to our customers and internal teams that support the service levels that meet our customer expectations. Attract, develop and retain talent to support the relationships between our internal teams, customers, GPO and suppliers for potential new customers and existing customers. Identify opportunities and create changes that support the goals of the company and our customers through LSS Projects. Work closely with the supplier and customer to drive process changes that reduce chargeback denials, credit & rebills to improve efficiencies and accuracy. Key driver of supplier project work that better aligns suppliers with our business practices. Key role in improving communications between our sales and Global Sourcing team as it relates to process changes, organizational and structure changes and ongoing updates as appropriate for contracts, customer and supplier services. Identified opportunity areas that drove a proactive value add service to our customer and supplier community through new processes and applications. Participated and initiate multiple LSS projects for Master Data and Chargebacks team for the Medical Business Transformation (MBT) to support the future state workflow tools.

Chargebacks:Responsible for resolution of assigned supplier chargebacks denials stemming from$2 billion in chargeback requests. Proactively seek industry-leading, technological solution to minimize chargeback discrepancies. Prepare and negotiate chargeback settlements with suppliers to minimize GP impact. Continually build ongoing relationships with Suppliers, Supply Chain, Marketing and Pricing for issue resolution. Supervise 8-10 direct reports. Responsible for establishing workflow for the team. Review and adjust work distribution to meet business needs and service levels. Establish work performance goals and monitor team results to ensure goals are met. Provide timely and pertinent feedback to employees on their performance, including formal performance evaluations. Customer Master Data:Manager 6 employees for new customer and existing customer master data changes. Monitor daily workflow of new applications and work with the team to identify and improve the process to meet customer expectations. Manage daily workflow of existing account requests with the team to ensure accuracy of the customer accounts. Communicate and engage internal teams to ensure data changes are accurately executed and updated. Manage 6 employees who handle the new and current customer implementations that support new sales growth. Work closely with sales, supplier, GPO, Health Systems and customer. Continually communicate, adjust, evaluate the current process to allow for efficiencies and process improvements to improve the customers experience.
