I attain over fifteen years of customer service through big companies from the food industry, to retail and communication industry leading me to quality assurance supervisor over a team of floor measures with one of the most striving hardware stores today; Home Depot. All the while finding time to indulge in my love for writing, self publishing three novels, managing and producing my very own LLC which expanded my skills and experiences.
