I would liken her contributions to that of an office manager - if office managers could also read minds and run every minute of my work days flawlessly. She is superbly organized, proactive, resourceful, has the right level of discretion and is invested in the team's success and wellbeing. In her role, Nancy not only managed my day-to-day but supported a team of multiple directors and their direct reports, administered a multi-million dollar budget, and managed all team activities. This was of great help, especially during the pandemic when we pivoted business processes overnight, and post pandemic when return to office required a new set of practices and engagement support. Our team would not function as well as it does - and I could not have done my job as well as I did - if we didn't have Nancy on our team."
