Deliverables for this initiative include: The creation of a single master project plan for the business (migrated from individual Smartsheets to MS Project), a combined Risk & Issues log for all project risks and issues, a custom made report to capture all synchronized project dependencies between the workstreams in order to mitigate risk, and provide visibility to interdependencies, as well as a PMO definitions document to ensure conformity to PMP standards as depicted in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).Broomfield Technical Support Summit Project – April 2020:• Managed the Broomfield Technical Support Summit event project, which will showcase VMware products and expert knowledge to customers in North America.
